Processing and Shipment
Please allow 5 to 7 business days (Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days) for us to process and fulfill your order. Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 3-7 business days, from the day your order is fulfilled and shipped. A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided with your order. Your tracking number will be activated once it is dropped off or picked up by your shipping provider. If you do not receive your tracking number, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.
Yes, we offer international shipping. If you do not see the country that you live in listed, please contact us at email@example.com. The buyer is responsible for all customs charges incurred. Please allow up to 5 business days (Sat and Sun are not considered business days) for us to process and fulfill your order. Expect up to 10 - 21 business days once your item ships for delivery. For USPS orders: A valid tracking number is not provided for USPS international shipping. USPS does not provide international tracking unless it is shipped express/overnight. You will however be emailed a reference number (this can at times provide limited tracking for certain countries). Your reference number will be activated once it is dropped off or picked up by USPS. If you do not receive your reference number, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
I did not receive my item, and it says "delivered."
It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package until delivery date. If notified that package was delivered but you did not receive your package, you must contact your local post office with tracking information and let them know it was not delivered. In order to put in a claim with the shipping carrier, you must contact HDMH Apparel no more than 7 days after the estimated delivery date, according to your local post office's tracking information. HDMH Apparel is not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packages due to the shipping carrier.
International Duties and Fees
The customer is responsible for all customs duties and fees imposed on merchandise by their local customs office or shipping provider. It is the responsibility of the customer to read the terms and conditions of their shipping provider. For our loyal Canadian customers please visit the CBSA website for more information.
Customs can legally hold packages as long as they feel necessary, and in rare circumstances can delay delivery up to 6 weeks. Additionally, customs may impose taxes & duties on the shipment.
HDMH Apparel cannot be held responsible for any taxes & duties incurred on the shipment. Returned packages, as a result of a refusal to pay taxes & duties or abandonment of the shipment will be subject to a non-refundable order. Packages not retrieved are either shipped back to us, or abandoned. HDMH Apparel is not liable for lost, delayed or damaged packages due to the the customs office or shipping carrier.
